I was introduced to stronghouse gear when I had to borrow a shirt from a buddy during a lifting session.. fell in love and finally pulled the trigger on some. For me it is the BEST T-shirt I’ve ever owned.. light, flexible but fits to the body.. even makes you look extra buff lol
